Renaming an Existing Test Name

1. Navigate to Rename Existing Test Name under the Spelling Correction section.

2. Click on the test name to edit.

3. Update the following fields:

   • Test name in English

   • Test name in French

   • Report name in English

   • Report name in French

4. Click Save.

5. Confirm the changes and click Accept.

6. Test name is successfully updated.

Renaming an Existing Panel

1. Go to Rename Existing Panel Name under Spelling Correction.

2. Click on the panel name to edit.

3. Update the English and French names.

4. Click Save, then confirm with Accept.

5. Click Finished to complete.

Renaming an Existing Sample Type

1. Select Rename Existing Sample Name under Spelling Correction.

2. Choose the sample name to edit.

3. Update the English and French names.

4. Click Save, then confirm with Accept.

5. Click Finished to complete.

Renaming a Test Section

1. Click Rename Existing Section Name under Spelling Correction.

2. Choose the section name to edit.

3. Update the English and French names.

4. Click Save, then confirm with Accept.

5. Click Finished to complete.

Renaming a Unit of Measure

1. Navigate to Rename Existing Unit of Measure Entries.

2. Select the unit entry to edit.

3. Type the new name.

4. Click Save, then confirm with Accept.

5. Click Finished.

Renaming Result List Options

1. Click Rename Existing Result List Options.

2. Select the result option to edit.

3. Update the English and French names.

4. Click Save, then confirm with Accept.

Renaming Method Names

1. Select Rename Existing Method Name.

2. Choose the method name to edit.

3. Update the English and French names.

4. Click Save, then confirm with Accept.

5. Click Finished to complete.

Note: If English names are unavailable, use a substitution element, but ensure compliance with laboratory information system guidelines.
