New User Manual sections to be verified

This is the review queue for OpenELIS Global user-manual pages. A page lives here while it is a draft, and moves into the manual only after a reviewer has driven it on a live instance.

Rebuilt 2026-08-05. The previous version of this page indexed 10 draft pages from the March 2026 generation. All 10 have since been deleted, so every link in that table was dead, while the 39 drafts actually parented here were listed nowhere. The index also still instructed reviewers to verify against v3.2.1.3. Current release is 3.2.1.11.

How to record a verdict

Use Confluence labels, never a title suffix. Labels are queryable, survive the rename that happens at promotion, and do not require rewriting the body.

Test Catalog Management: the unified editor — priority: the live workflow overview names this page as “Start here”, so the published manual currently links into the review area.
Admin — Sample Type Management — verify; drift report has this section clean.
Authoring the OpenELIS Test Catalog in CSV — duplicate: an older page of the same title exists at 1266122780 (April 2026, written against the Indonesia distro). Decide which is canonical and retire the other.
Duplicate a test — retire or rewrite: documents a feature that is not available. Its stated reason is also wrong for 3.2.1.11 — the button was removed, it does not merely fail to open.
Read-only & cross-link sections — rewrite per OGC-1154.

Drafted 30 June 2026. These cover the admin pages the manual has never documented. None is currently in any epic.

Site Information — highest value of this group: ~130 settings across 20 domains, and it holds the accession-prefix one-way door.
Application Properties — must state that edits here do not persist across a restart; the handler mutates in-memory properties only.
User Management — also the place to explain that a Program is invisible until users are assigned to its test section.
Reflex Testing — must cover the grammar's limits (no nesting, no panels, no age/sex) and that there is no dry-run.
Calculated Value Tests — must state that scope is per patient, not per order, and that Patient Weight is offered but ignored.
Program Entry — must state that a Program cannot be retired once created.
Result Reporting Configuration — retitle or add a disambiguating note; readers mistake this for printed-report setup.

User manual style guide — keep. Authoring guidance, parented here deliberately so it stays out of the reader-facing manual. Tracked on OGC-1154.

Structural problems found 2026-08-05

These are tree problems rather than content problems, and none of them is visible from inside a single page.

Five Test Catalog pages are orphaned	Map a test to terminology codes (1432059909), Manage label presets (1433468931), Add a test to panels (1433010177), Set test display order (1431666693) and Sample Acceptance Checklist (1435566088) are outside the 📖 User Manual tree, outside both destination folders, and outside this review area. They are reachable only by direct link. Content looks finished; navigation does not reach it.
A published overview links into the review area	Test Catalog Management — workflow overview (1437270018) is live under End User Manual, but its “Start here” target (1432453132) is still a draft here. Seven of its thirteen pages are published, one is a draft, five are orphaned — so the workflow is live with holes in it.
Duplicate CSV authoring pages	1442414603 (draft, July) and 1266122780 (published, April) carry the same title and subject. One must be retired.
Duplicate patient-registration pages	1418166310 and 1440841760 document the same task. Retire the June draft.

Published pages that are actively wrong

These are worse than a missing page, because a reader follows them and fails. They are live in the manual now, so they need targeted correction rather than rewriting.

HOW TO IMPORT ANALYZER RESULTS — instructs the reader to click an “Import Analyzer Results” button and upload a file. No such button exists on the analyzer results screen in 3.2.1.11. The real manual-file path is the analyzer bridge's upload form. This is the highest-traffic analyzer task in the product.
Administrator Guide PART 4: Barcode Configuration (256737330), and its Quick Guide twin (452132880) — both describe the Barcode Configuration screen, which was deleted in 3.2.1.11 and now redirects to Label Presets. They remain the only place preprinted accession numbers and label dimensions are documented at all, so they cannot simply be deleted — the content has to move.

Areas with no page at all

From the implementation task and cadence audit of 5 August 2026, which mapped 100 admin and configuration tasks against 3.2.1.11. Ordered by how often the task recurs, because a daily task with no page generates support load continuously.

Rebuilt 5 August 2026 from a live inventory of this page's 39 children, the docs-manual drift report of 1 August 2026, and an implementation task and cadence audit verified against the 3.2.1.11 source tree. Owning epics: OGC-1154 (Test Catalog and manual-wide style), OGC-1076 (Environmental and Vector). The administrator-configuration and end-user clusters, the QC gap and the incorrect published pages had no owner before this rebuild.
