NAVIGATING OpenELIS GLOBAL

 

Overview

OpenELIS Global is designed to streamline laboratory data collection, management, and reporting. It ensures high-quality testing processes and makes results accessible to external systems and stakeholders in clinical, population, and programmatic health workflows.


How to Login to OpenELIS

To access OpenELIS, you need a username and password provided by your system administrator.

  1. Enter your username and password.

  2. Click on the Submit button.

Notice: Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. Unauthorized access, duplication, modification, or misuse is prohibited.

Upon logging in, the home page displays laboratory management statistics, providing insight into lab testing processes.


How to Change the Language in OpenELIS

  1. Hover over the profile icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Click on Language Preferences.

  3. Select your preferred language (e.g., French) from the dropdown menu.

  4. The default language will switch accordingly.


How to Access the OpenELIS Menu

  1. Click on the menu icon at the top-left corner.

  2. The OpenELIS menu will appear on the left side of the screen.

  3. Click on any module to navigate to different sections of the system.

  4. Click Cancel to close the side menu.

Additional Modules:

  • Admin – Software information and setup.

  • User Management – Configure users.

  • Test Catalog Management – Manage test lists and configurations.
